If all you want is a super small compact 3.7v PV then the minixHaler might be exactly what you are looking for. Paired up with an AW16340 battery and a low resistance atomizer it's really a winner.
the button is a bit stiff for my tastes, but is really necessary if you don't want it firing in your pocket.
The sticker coating will get dinged up and scratched over time, but can easily be replaced or swapped out with a different color.
